Welcome to Maddox Tech. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "you") and Changsha Youlong Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Maddox," "we," or "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of the Maddox Tech mobile application (hereinafter "the App"). Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading or using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1.2 Maddox Tech is a control center application designed specifically for Maddox smart exoskeleton robot devices, providing device connectivity, training monitoring, data recording, and rehabilitation reporting functions.

1.3 The App is intended for users of Maddox exoskeleton robot devices. Full functionality requires a compatible Maddox smart exoskeleton device.

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1 You are granted the right to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2.2 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities through the App.

2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your device and app data. We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from device loss, theft, or unauthorized use.

2.4 You understand and agree that the App serves solely as an auxiliary control tool for exoskeleton devices and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Any rehabilitation training regimen should be conducted under the guidance of qualified medical professionals.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The App and all of its content, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, text, images, audio, and video, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights are owned by Changsha Youlong Robot Co., Ltd.

3.2 Without our explicit written permission, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.

3.3 "Maddox Tech," "Maddox," "Youlong Robot," and related logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Changsha Youlong Robot Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's suitability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

4.2 Important Health and Safety Notice: As an auxiliary control tool for exoskeleton devices, data displayed by the App is for reference only. When using the App to control exoskeleton devices, you should:

5. Service Changes and Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the App's features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience caused by such changes.

5.2 Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease using the App and uninstall any installed copies. Termination shall not affect rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination.

6. Amendments to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and communicated through appropriate means within the App. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of the App.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The formation, interpretation, and enforcement of this Agreement, as well as the resolution of any disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent court in the location of Changsha Youlong Robot Co., Ltd.
